The key is having a strong core, first and foremost. Solid muscles from your thighs to your neck. You don’t want to get overly strong, as it could negatively affect your game. Also, it helps to simply be fit. What I mean by that fit’ is the cardio, or heart aspect of being in shape. Surprisingly, even if you aren’t walking the course, fatigue sneaks up on you and can impact your game drastically. From the mental tiring to just the swing numbers itself, you’re going to get tired. Obviously, being in shape will reduce these affects.Other than that, golf is a game of complete and total dedication if you want to really improve. Learn as much as you can about everything you can related to it. All of this will fully maximize your potential to be great.Best of luck!
