Editor’s Picks: Eating On the Go

I’m a busy person. Not because I have to be, but because I am the type who doesn’t like to sit still. So, when it comes to meals, I typically go for food that is easy to eat on the go. Here are some healthy snacks you’ll find hiding in my purse:

Simply Choices:

Protein Chips

These literally got me through Fashion Week! Covering 28 fashion shows doesn’t give you much time to sit down for a nice meal. Luckily, I had Simply Protein Chips. With 15 grams of protein and only 140 calories, it was the ideal snack to keep me going all week.

Oikos Greek Yogurt:

You can guarantee that my office fridge always has a 4-pack of Oikos’ Vanilla Yogurt. I am obsessed with the flavour, plus I feel good knowing it is low cal and high protein!

Almonds:

Almonds

During my Total Cleanse the only cheat food I was allowed to have were almonds. This was the beginning of my obsession with the seed (yes, it's a seed!).  They have tons of health benefits including lowering bad cholesterol, they build strong bones and teeth, and they help good brain function.
