The film follows various plot arcs all occurring on New Year’s Eve of 1981 in New York: Ben and Casey Affleck, Jay Mohr, Christina Ricci, Gabby Hoffman and Paul Rudd make up the cast of cartoonish characters as they make their way to the same party, encountering some dramatic trials and tribulations along the way.
