Ashton-Demi Divorce in the Works

A year after the split between Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, Ashton — yes, Ashton — is filing for divorce from Demi Moore.

Citing “irreconciable differences” as the cause of the split, Ashton is asking for no monetary support (of course, since he seems to be currently acting in everything), and is reportedly not asking to deny Moore any requests for her own spousal support.

This late divorce file may come as a surprise to those of us who thought the couple had already made everything official, but after the PR-heavy separation last year (when Ashton’s one-night stand with San Diego party girl was exposed, and several tweets between he and Demi were posted for the world to see), I guess it took some time to get the show on the road.

Regardless, everyone seems to have moved on, and avoided too much drama. Ashton Kutcher is now dating Mila Kunis, while Demi is “now in a good place” (according to a source and Us Weekly). Here’s to even more progress in 2013.
