The Yonge Street Mission’s 16th Annual Clothing Drive

We all know a little help can go a long way. Imagine where you would be without the support of friends, family and strangers along the way. Did you make a New Year's resolution to help others? If you live in Toronto, here's your chance!

Think about they ways in which you can make this year not just great for yourself, but for someone who may need a little help.  Join other Torontonians from Monday, January 20 to Friday, January 24 at The Yonge Street Mission’s 16th Annual Clothing Drive.

Since 1896 the Yonge Street Mission has helped thousands of individuals and families by providing clothing, education, healthcare, meal assistance and counseling.  Starting at 7:30am, volunteers will be accepting gently used clothing for men, women and children at 17 locations along Toronto’s iconic underground PATH.

T-Fal will be providing steaming stations for two locations (First Canadian Place and Commerce Court), and for every person willing to stop by and iron at least one item of clothing on the spot, the company will donate $5 to the Mission.
