Taylor Swift is not someone who beats around the bush when it comes to her love life — we’ve all heard the stories about Joe Jonas and Taylor Lautner, and we’ve all heard each and every single breakup song she’s written. But her new beau has come as a bit of a surprise.
Taylor has been linked to Jake Gyllenhaal since October and both have yet to actually confirm the relationship. However, these two aren’t so great as dodging the paparazzi and were caught cuddling as they took a stroll through Brooklyn last week, where the two were apparently grabbing some coffee while visiting Jake’s sister, actress Maggie Gyllenhaal, during Thanksgiving.
Spending Thanksgiving together? Hmm, sounds serious…
And apparently it is. Sources have said that it’s been about five weeks since these two started dating and they’ve already met each other’s families. It seems to me that these two are smitten.
So am I the only one that thinks this is an odd couple? It’s not so much the age difference (Taylor is 20 and Jake is about to turn 30 in a couple of weeks), but more so their appeared maturity levels.
As I’m sure you all are aware by now, I am not a fan of Taylor Swift. Her songs are immature, her lyrics are terrible and so is her voice. Plus, she seems to act like a 12-year-old child — at least on stage and during interviews. Jake, on the other hand, is actually a very talented actor and seems to act like an actual 29-year-old, not a child stuck in an adult’s body.
