Twilight Star is new face of Mark Cosmetics

Twi-hards will get to see a whole lot more of Ashley Greene, as the beautiful actress has just signed on to become the new face of Mark (the junior makeup line by Avon).

Greene, 22, is said to be thrilled to assume her responsibilities as spokesperson. Through this partnership, I’m looking forward to empowering young women to feel confident, pursue their dreams and make their mark in the world — just like I’m making mine, she says.

Ashley will appear in the mark. magalogs, print adverts and on the mark. website. The brand, of which past ambassadors include Lauren Conrad, is proactive in the fight against domestic violence. Ashley’s position will see her spearhead initiatives supporting the m.powerment by mark campaign, supporting efforts to break partner and dating abuse against women.

So when can fans catch a glimpse of Greene in her new role? Her first campaign for Mark drops this fall, with photographer Patrick Demarchelier at the helm. But you can expect to see a lot more of Ashley on the silver screen; in addition to playing Alice Cullen in the last two Twilight movies, the rising superstar has three films set to release between now and next year.
