The May issue of Allure Magazine features a little bit more than what we might have expected. To celebrate the launch of their iPad app, Allure set up a photo spread that had Ashley Tisdale, Keri Hilson, Kaley Cuoco and Bridget Moynahan stripping down to their birthday suits and talking about their insecurities.
“I’m 25, almost 26, but people think of me as much younger because I look young,” Ashley told Allure. “Being in this shoot was me saying, ‘I’m not just the young girl everybody thinks I am. I’m actually a woman.'”
So what does the Hellcats star love most about her body? Well, her abs and her butt of course. Kaley is right there with Ashely on that one too, who says she is proud of the little four pack she has grown. Keri’s favourite body part is her legs and I’d have to agree, have you see them? They go on for miles!
Kaley Cuoco’s reaction to the Allure photo shoot surprised even herself. “I was way more excited than I ever thought I would be. Which made me realize, I’m more comfortable in my own skin than I thought,” The Big Bang Theory star said.
The ladies, however, were all a little wary of their parents seeing the photos in Allure. Ashley Tisdale even brought her mom along to make sure she understood the shoot was tasteful. Kaley and Bridget Moynahan both decided not to tell their parents, who might jump to the wrong conclusions as soon as they heard the world “naked.”
However, some are questioning the validity of a photo shoot about insecurities since it is digitally retouched and accompanied by articles that provide tips to readers on how to get rid of stretch marks and cellulite.
