Alright, everyone who loves Mad Men as much as me: all of our good karma has added up and been cashed in, because we're getting a reality show.
Hosted and judged by Mad Men costume designer Janie Bryant, the show will challenge designers to, as Vogue put it, "create a piece in the style of a classic Hollywood film or star." (You guys: this is my heaven.)
Still under the working title, Janie Bryant's Hollywood, the series is reportedly being developed by EJ Johnson and James Deutch, the co-creators of Fashion Star, and is currently being pitched to networks.
"We loved the idea of tapping into someone like Bryant, who is great at finding a look and designing costumes for film and TV, and seeing how it translates into the real world," said Deutch. "Janie totally gets how to translate Hollywood to mainstream fashion."
Hurry up, this show!
