What do Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen have in common? (Rhetorical question.) They’re both signing on to appear in Scary Movie 5.
Arguably trying to fill the void left by Anna Faris, Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan are reportedly joining Ashley Tisdale, although Ms. Lohan has yet to officially — and literally — “sign” on.
Call it a comeback? While Charlie Sheen has spent the last year doing damage control, his move to FX through the show Damage Control has been a good sign for the fallen Two And A Half Men star. Meanwhile, Lindsay just wrapped Liz & Dick, the Elizabeth Taylor biopic she’d been filming for Lifetime.
Unfortunately, Anna Faris will not be returning to the reboot (which Scary Movie 5 is reportedly pegged as being), but perhaps bringing Charlie Sheen back, casting Lindsay Lohan in a comedic role and signing on Ashley Tisdale will be enough for the franchise.
