In another gesture to remind us that she’s not going anywhere, Lana Del Rey is the new face of H&M – according to various reports.
While nothing’s been confirmed by H&M or Lana Del Rey, the New York Post has reported that the singer will be shooting for the brand in New York very soon.
“There is always a lot of speculation on our upcoming campaigns and collaborations and we do not like to comment on rumours,” a spokesperson for H&M said. “We have lots of exciting H&M campaigns coming up this autumn and we will announce these at the start of the new season.”
Yet note the lack of denial.
The move would make sense, considering Lana Dey Rey was signed to Next Models in January – and since her people haven’t commented either, the rumours seem like they might mean more.
Cue: another million internet think-pieces on Lana Del Rey when and if the H&M collaboration is announced.
