Kirsten Dunst is a L’Oreal Professionnel Spokesperson

Let's get these celebrity/brand collaborations going! Three days into the new year and we have only 362 days left for unions extraordinaire, so major kudos goes out to L'Oreal for taking the bull by the horns and announcing they've named Kirsten Dunst as the first-ever L'Oreal Professionnel spokesperson.

This means she'll be the face of three key launches throughout 2014 that will be exclusively available in L'Oreal Professionnel salons. And those three launches are: 1) Wild Stylers by Tecni.ART (a styling product that creates very "rock and roll"-inspired looks), 2) Beach Waves (a product that helps achieve the quintessential "on the beach" look), and 3) Absolut Hair Lipidium (the first repair care line for deeply damaged hair).

Everyone is enthused!

"I feel very close to L'Oreal Professionnel," said Dunst. "The brand is strong connected to fashion, and I admire its commitment to innovation, constantly creating new professional services and products to achieve the most on-trend styles. L'Oreal Professionnel empowers hairdressers to to transform and reveal the beauty in each woman all over the world. It makes me very proud to be a part of this stunning project."

As for what L'Oreal Professionnel thinks: "Kirsten Dunst has a timeless beauty and is a modern woman, closely connected to fashion," added Anne-Laure Lecerf, Internationl Managing Director. "She has a strong personality and makes her own choices. Her great professionalism and commitment to excellence makes Kirsten one of the [most] talented actresses I have ever met. She has the perfect attributes to embody the new values of L'Oreal Professionnel."

Well, congratulations to both Kirsten Dunst and L'Oreal Professionnel! And also: please hurry up with this "rock and roll" hair product already.
