Kate Moss’ Sister Makes Her Modelling Debut

It’s been quite the week for fashionable sisters. After Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen topped Vogue‘s list of the year’s best-dressed siblings, Kate Moss’ litte sister, Lottie (full name Charlotte), has given the family name a little more fashion cred after her modelling debut ensued this week.

Only 13-years-old, Little Moss was shot by photographer Andrea Carter Bowman as a test shoot arranged by Sarah Doukas at Storm models – who you may also know as the agent who stumbled upon Mrs. Kate Hince (as of this summer) when she was 14 in the 1990s.

Though if you’re a little worried that being barely a teenager is bordering on “a little too young”, Lottie’s father assured the Daily Mail that there’s still some time to go before we start seeing Moss 2.0 taking to the runway: “It’s early days really,” he said. “Storm, Kate’s agent, felt that it was worth giving Lottie a test shoot and seeing how she turned out. She had a lovely time and she seemd to come out quite well – so everybody’s happy so far.”

The sentiments were echoed by a spokesperson for Storm, who maintained that all proceedings will “be very strictly controlled because she’s not 14 yet”, to which Moss’ mother agreed: “She’s too young [to model professionally]. When she’s old enough, it will be her decision.”

And slated to turn 14 in January,  the time for decision-making is fast approaching. According to Contact Music, fashion insiders have already heralded the barely-teen as the second coming of Carole White, the founder of Premier Models, so it’s safe to assume we’ll be seeing a lot more of Lottie has both time and fashion evolve.

Somewhere, a Kardashian is crying.
