Anne Hathaway Wedding Dress Designer Revealed

Anne Hathaway is getting ready to walk down the aisle to marry her longtime beau Adam Shulman and details of the big date are finally starting to be revealed. Valentino revealed he did the dress for Anne’s upcoming wedding.

She’s a very good friend of mine, Valentino Garavani said on Thursday at the New York City Ballet gala. She’s like my daughter!

Valentino added that he believes Hathaway will be a much bigger star than she already is and is excited for everyone to hear her singing voice in her upcoming movie Les Miserables.

Even though Hathaway’s people refuse to comment, the news comes as no surprise since Hathaway has often worn Valentino designs for red carpet events, including the Oscars and the New York City Ballet gala.

Valentino did make a few hints last year that he would be involved in designing Hathaway’s wedding gown soon after she got engaged.

I am so happy for Anne. And I would do my best creation for her, he told People magazine. She’s a lovely person. She wears the clothes very, very well. So I would do something special.

The actress has managed to keep the rest of the wedding details under wraps. We still have no idea when she actually plans to tie the knot, where she is getting married, or how big the ceremony will be. At least we know she will look beautiful in a Valentino gown!
