Fragrance Of The Month: Teaology, Passion Tea EDT

Coffee or tea? Hands down, we’ll pick the beans every time…except when it comes to Teaology’s new Passion Tea perfume.

A heady brew of juicy berries, spicy patchouli, creamy vanilla and, of course, fresh tea leaves, this scent provides the perfect combination of electricity with sensuality. Not to mention each spritz works as easily for a crisp, cool night out as it does for curling up with good book and a steaming cup of your favourite leafy blend at home.

“I was inspired by a vanilla tea accord, where the energizing freshness of tea leaves is warmed by the creamy sensuality of vanilla undertones,” says Nathalie Lorson, the nose behind the eau and a Maître Perfumer for Firmenich. “I created this fragrance by combining the elegance of our sustainably grown patchouli essence with a hint of crisp raspberry for a joyful yet sophisticated effect.”

The eau’s sense of sophistication carries through to its flacon. The weighted, glass cylinder features a ruby label paired with a white typeface and trimmed with a wine-hued border. A shiny black topper and Larson’s signature complete the appealing esthetic.  All that’s left now is to indulge.
