Gigi Hadid is everywhere, and there’s nothing any of us can or will do about it. Case in point: girlfriend is now the new global face of Topshop’s fall campaign, joining the ranks of Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne and everyone else who is eclipsing the sun, currently.
As reported exclusively by Style.com, the 20-year-old will be fronting an online, print, and in-store campaign that launches this month (which was shot by Tyrone Lebon, thank you very much). It’s also a big deal because unlike her predecessors, she’s not British, thus helping the brand become a little more worldly (or so it believes).
“Working with Gigi Hadid on this campaign continues to strengthen our international vision for the Topshop brand,” said Sir Philip Green. “We are continually developing our footprint across all markets with ambitious plans both in the UK and internationally, and I feel like Gigi is an ideal ambassador to underpin these efforts.”
Slowly but surely, Taylor Swift’s squad is taking over the world.
