Uma Thurman is expecting a child with her businessman boyfriend, Arpad Busson.
The 41-year-old actress raised eyebrows when she was seen earlier this month at a Tommy Hilfiger fashion show wearing very loose clothing with her arms crossed over her stomach.
Yes, Uma is pregnant! a friend of the actress said. She hasn’t announced it yet, but a lot of her friends were asking because they could tell the difference when they saw her at New York Fashion Week. She’s usually so skinny, but now she has the cutest little bump and a glow about her.
She’s excited, the source continued. She’s happy and just a few months along right now. She’s due in late, late summer.
The news has since been confirmed by Thurman’s manager.
Thurman and Busson have been dating since 2007, with a brief split in 2009. She recently revealed that she has never been happier.
“I have something I would really like to express about my love life,” she told Harper’s Bazaar earlier this year. “I’m happier with it now than I’ve been in many, many years. Yes I’m trying to have as peaceful a personal life as possible.”
Thurman already has two children with her ex-husband, Ethan Hawke — Maya, 13, and Levon, 10. Busson also has two children of his own with his ex-girlfriend, Elle Macpherson — Arpad Flyn, 14, and Aurelius Cy, 9.
