Mariah Carey bares it all on the latest cover of Life & Style magazine (due out on April 8th). Taking tips from Demi Moore and Britney Spears, the soon-to-be momma showed off her twin baby bump in a photo shoot that actually had her feeling quite shy.
I was feeling very vulnerable about taking pictures at all right now, but then I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to document this once-in-a-lifetime experience, Mariah told Life & Style. My ultimate goal was to share this incredibly personal moment with my true fans.
Mariah added that even the babies had an active part in the shoot, which didn’t start until the very wee hours of the morning.
“The babies were kicking almost the entire time; it was unbelievable, Mariah said. Especially the girl ” clearly she’s a diva in training! We didn’t start shooting until 1:30 a.m. because I was in the hospital from the night before until the day of the shoot with contractions five minutes apart!
The cover photo is actually quite nice, with the soft lighting and Mariah’s natural looking make-up. It’s interesting to watch Mariah Carey, the diva of all divas, turn into a nuturing mother. I, for one, can’t wait to see how she dresses her new little boy and girl. They are definitely going to have quite the wardrobe!
Doesn’t it seem like Mariah and her husband Nick Cannon have been expecting their twins forever? Apparently it’s only been 8 months, which means the babies are coming soon! I hope Mariah and Nick are ready for parenthood.
