Lorde has teamed up with MAC Cosmetics for her own makeup collection and it's exactly what Lorde fans hoped it would be — a little dark and a little edgy with some sass thrown in.
The makeup brand stuck with Lorde's signature vampy lips with deep plum and berry shades. The plum shade (Pure Heroin) is absolutely amazing with it's darker hue adding that rocker chick edge and the ultra pigment providing that pop of colour. The line will also include a Penultimate eyeliner in Rapidblack.
"I have loved MAC Cosmetics since I was a little kid," the singer said of the collaboration. "I remember saving up to buy my very first MAC lipstick [Snob] at 14, and it was used by about 20 of my friends! MAC has a very clear aesthetic, that has always felt fashion forward to me. So I was really excited to work with them on these products, which I use pretty much every day and night. I hope you will too."
Lorde's limited-edition line for MAC will be available in the New York City Times Square and Fifth Avenue MAC stores, as well as online on June 5. It will be available internationally in July.
