Everything's coming up Karly Kloss (is something I've always wanted to write, so let me have this)! The 22-year-old supermodel has just been named the new spokesperson for L'Oreal Paris.
Billed as a "Catwalk Heroine," Kloss joins the ranks of Lara Stone, Natasha Poly, and Doutzen Kroes who have also fronted for L'Oreal.
"On catwalks where she catches lights with such intensity, through brilliant studies or a hectic New Yorker life, Karlie is definitely the perfect combination between grace and modernity, intelligence, and hard-work," said Cyril Chapuy, L'Oreal Paris Global Brand President. "L'Oreal Paris is all about inspiring women taking the best of their whole potential."
Yeah, so let's not for one minute think Karlie Kloss is "just" a model — seriously. The woman studied at ballet school, was scouted by Teen Vogue in 2008, and is currently at Harvard studying Business of Media, Entertainment, and Sports. She also created her own brand, Karlie's Kookies, and also works with charities like Feed Project. So yeah — she's a hustler.
"I have always believed that you have to be confident in yourself," she said about her new L'Oreal partnership. "Anything can happen if you really work at it. Never give up. This for me is what L'Oreal Paris does. This is why I am so proud to join this inspiring team."
See? It IS just Karlie's world, and we ARE just living in it.
