HBO’s “Girls” premieres next weekend, and in celebration, Deborah Lippmann has released a line of “Girls”-inspired nail polishes.
While only U.S. customers can order online — you’ll need a U.S. P.O. box or mailing address — it will be available come mid-month, and is available for pre-order now.
Priced at $45, the four-colour line is centered around each character: Hapless Hunter Green (for Hannah), Prim and Proper Pink (for Marnie), Virtuous Vivid Violet (for Shoshanna), and Boheman Burgandy (for Jessa). Pretty rad!
Lippmann has also received showrunner Lena Dunham’s blessing, so if you indulge, don’t feel like there’s anything “unauthorized” about it.
“Deborah Lippmann’s colors are irreverent and classy and I’ve always coveted them (and stolen them from my mother), so who better to embody the “Girls'” spirit in polish form,” said Dunham in a statement. “I’ve been wearing Hannah like it’s going out of style.”
Who wouldn’t? Now let us pre-order online, Deborah Lippmann.
