Claire Danes and her husband Hugh Dancy are pregnant with their first child! The news has been confirmed by Danes’ rep.
The actress hinted in an interview last year that she and Dancy didn’t have immediate plans to expand their family.
There’s definitely a chance, no plans yet, Danes said last fall. But yeah, that’d be fun.
Danes currently stars in Homeland and word has it that the baby news will not have any impact on production of season two, which will premiere on Showtime September 30. However, there has been no official comment from the production company.
In other baby news, Matthew McConaughey and new wife Camila Alves also announced they are adding another little bundle of joy to their family. McConaughey took to his Twitter account to announce the news.
Happy birthday America, more good news, Camila and I are expecting our 3rd child, he wrote. God bless, just keep livin’.
McConaughey and Alves already have two kids together — son Levi who will be 4-years-old this week, and daughter Vida, 2.
