How to Embrace the Blue Beauty Trend

Whether it's because the '90s are making a comeback or now, more than ever, consumer makeup toes the line every so closely to pro makeup brands, blue makeup for every part of your face is now a thing. Rock a blue smoky eye

Gone are the days of just a black smoky eye. If coppers and plums are equally interchangeable, there’s no reason shades of blue can’t also be used for a contemporary look. I loved the appearance of the dewy, bluish-grey eye look as seen at Sonia Rykiel, says McKay. Get this look by framing the eye with a gel liner and then smudge it all over the eyelid, concentrating most of the product on the lash line and outer corners. Finish with a liquid blue eyeliner stippled with your finger and a coat of mascara.
