We're getting into the holiday season and when I say "holiday" I mean "Halloween because bags of candy are going to go on sale, and most of us are going to eat at least 12." And there's nothing wrong with that! Do NOT feel bad about turning your house lights off early and eating the rest of everything you bought for children who dressed up. I've done that, and it's great. I have no regrets.
But you may, or you may just want to start getting healthy. Well, guess what: now you can get healthy like MADONNA, thanks to her Hard Candy Fitness gym that just opened up in Toronto.
Located at 382 Yonge St. (the 78-story Aurora building), the 42 000 square foot facility is the brand's first club in North America (yes, we are the chosen ones).
"We are very excited about the opening of Toronto's new Hard Candy Fitness," chairman and co-owner of Hard Candy Fitness Toronto, Leonard Schlemm said. "The club is in one of the city's most beautiful condominium towers in arguably the most vibrant neighbourhood in Toronto."
And this club is decked out. With high-end amenities, classes, extensive cardio, functional strength, and personal training spaces, stated-of-the-art equipment, saunas, custom juice bar, and a roof top terrace, this isn't your local YMCA. (Though there's nothing wrong with that.)
You can join now, or you can join later, or you can walk by and say, "I just saw the Madonna gym." (And there's nothing wrong with that, either.)
