H&M’s latest designer collaboration with style icon Anna Dello Russo launched with a fabulous party, The Paradis Ball, in Paris last night. Imagine this; you’re in a room with the hottest in fashion, rubbing elbows with Olivier Theyskens, Rachel Zoe, Karlie Kloss and Poppy Delevingne, while busting a move to live music by Azealia Banks. It is fair to say the party was off the hook.

We wanted to give the guests an unforgettable experience: an ever-evolving night that started on the red carpet and ended on the dance floor, said Anna Dello Russo.  Excess for me means success.

There as a cabaret show, voguing performance and of course, a ton of mini AdRs running amuck.

The Paradis Ball was the perfect way to launch a collection that is all about fantasy and decoration, said Margareta van den Bosch, Creative Advisor at H&M. It was eye-catching, with an optimistic injection of energy that I found particularly inspiring.

Hoping to stay true to AdR’s belief that fashion is something that makes you dream, the party was the perfect backdrop to present her glamorous and playful line of jewelry, shoes and accessories that she designed for H&M, which will be available in stores from October 4, 2012, in 140 stores worldwide.
