Michael Kors announced who’s he’s working with for the third installment of the Kors Collaboration series this week, and the lucky counterpart is Amber Le Bon.
The 23-year-old muse/DJ/musician — and daughter of Duran Duran’s Simon Le Bon — is following in the footsteps of her mother, Yasmin Le Bon, who actually used to walk in Michael Kors shows about 20 years back.
The Kors Collaborations are designed specifically to showcase the relationship between Kors and those involved in the arts/fashion industry, and will take visitors behind the scenes of Le Bon’s Fashion Week activities.
As of yesterday — February 20 — fans could visit the Destination Kors website, which features more details of the collaboration as well as a Q & A.
And get used to it, too: Michael Kors will release new Kors Collaborations every quarter, so this is only the beginning of what will only be some very interesting partnerships. Awesome.
