There's a light at the end of the winter-is-coming tunnel! NARS and Christopher Kane will release a collaboration in May 2015, making us just shy of a year away from creating the same fresh-faced looks we saw during the Christopher Kane S/S 2015 show at London Fashion Week yesterday.
The show itself saw makeup artist Lucia Pieroni use NARS Cosmetics to create "iridescent and luminous" looks — but a cool sort of "luminous." The collection certainly isn't beach chic or "warm and glowy." (Which is a-okay.)
The full colour collection will feature products for cheeks, eyes, and lips, but aside from the logo, no images of the actual products have been made available yet.
"NARS has been a long-standing and valued partner of ours, so this collaboration was an obvious fit," said Kane. "NARS has the same unapologetic aesthetic that is signature to the Christopher Kane brand and I'm excited to share what we've created together."
Okay but show us what you've created now, please, because some of us want to start saving so that come May, we can just give you our money.
