When she parted ways with the cast of The Hills we all thought that was the last we’d see of Lauren Conrad ” Spencer Pratt definitely thought so. The buzz lately is that Lauren recently inked a deal with MTV for a new reality gig set to start in the late Fall. This will cure any heartbreak we experienced when LC announced she’d be leaving the Hollywood Hills.
Earlier in the week Lauren sat down with Ryan Seacrest and told him off the record that her new venture would be much different than anything she’d done before”no recaps of past seasons of Laguna or The Hills.
Conrad walked away from the hit TV series The Hills in 2009 after the drama and exhaustion of having cameras follow her every move. Getting her start on MTV’s Laguna Beach Lauren had her fair share of reality show drama yet kept her fans wanting more season after season.
The reality show is rumoured to follow 24 year-old Conrad’s work on her new fashion line and keep it business only. She didn’t dish to Seacrest about too many details but that her personal life (including boyfriend Kyle Howard) would be strictly off limits. I guess she learned from all Spencer and Heidi drama that business and pleasure certainly don’t mix.
More details of the show will officially be released by MTV next week as it is set to hit the air mid October.
