Kate Moss is coming back to Topshop! The British model/fashion icon/business guru (let's face it), will be returning for the Spring 2014 campaign to deliver her own fashion inspirations and to be heralded as "the true British fashion icon." (Please don't let Queen Elizabeth read this.)
The Kate Moss Collection for Spring Summer 2014 will be sold globally in Topshops across 40 countries — including Canada — as well as Topshop.com, and through wholesale partnerships. Currently, the collection is being designed.
"I have really missed being involved in the design process, and working with the team at Topshop," Moss said in a statement. "I am very excited to design a collection that bears my name. Now more than ever with London being at the forefront of fashion as it feels like I'm back home working with Topshop."
Sir Philip Green agrees: "I am personally thriled that Kate wanted to come back to Topshop to work with us again," he said. "The first time around was such a lot of fun, and she has been sorely missed. The Topshop business has developed extensively around the globe since we launched with Kate in 2007, and it's our intention to launch and sell this collection in 40 countries worldwide where Topshop has a presence, in addition to creating pop-ups in department stores across the world."
And so the countdown for April 2014, when the collection becomes available, begins now! Moss will also be working alongside friend and collaboratoe Katy England for an undoubtedly very British collection — so get psyched, Topshop fans.
