Just when we thought this would be Brad and Angelina’s weekend (it wasn’t), Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux confirm to their reps that they are engaged.
According to a statement, “Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage.”
Well it certainly doesn’t get any more official than that.
Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston have been together since May 2011, and have also been the subject of countless tabloid articles and cover stories that will be sure to continue with this exciting news. (Except hopefully this time, they’ll be a little more positive.) Justin also recently signed on to write and direct Zoolander 2, and Jennifer is working on a film called We’re The Millers.
Details of the wedding have yet to be released, but we can assume that regardless of when it happens, it will be “star-studded.” Congratulations to the happy couple!
