The 73rd Golden Globe Awards have come and gone and Twitter was aflutter with the gaggle of celebrities walking the red carpet. While most people were spotting trends (dresses with pockets”brilliant”jewel hues and all kinds of sparkle, plus let's not forget the deep-v), we were watching the red carpet rule-breakers, the ones who bucked the trends and won our hearts by taking risks.

While most of the guys on the red carpet always make a point to look dapper, you don’t often see many of them taking fashion risks. So when The Danish Girl nominee stepped out in an embroidered jacket, we took notice.
