Se7en (1995)
A young detective (Brad Pitt) partners with an older detective (Morgan Freeman) and the two get tasked with hunting down a serial killer who uses the seven deadly sins as tropes in his murders. If you’re a sucker for gore porn, the creative death scenes here will likely be some of the most memorable you’ve ever seen. Aside from that, the thrilling, suspense-filled plot make Se7en a solid Halloween watch.
