Adele Is Married!

Well here’s something none of us saw coming: Adele is married!

This morning, rumours were confirmed that Adele married boyfriend Simon Konecki in a “fabulous occasion,” and a source “close to the couple” (I mean, a lot is riding on this source — let’s hope it’s somebody legitimate) says they were there and it’s true.

“They did get married,” he or she said. “And I was present. It was a fabulous occasion. Adele was dressed in a classic attire and Simon looked very smart and joyous.”

The rumours began yesterday when Life & Style published photographs of Adele wearing what looks like a wedding ring, and that they kept their wedding a secret in the same way they kept her pregnancy.

Well, congratuations to Adele and Simon! Although some of us are going to miss those songs of heartbreak when, say, we’re at karaoke or in our own homes singing loudly.
