Gwyneth Paltrow is collaborating with everybody, and there's nothing we can do to stop her.
Right after teaming up with Stella McCartney, the actress has joined forces with Michael Kors for a one-off Christmas collection that will be sold entirely on [please for the love of all that is good wait for the drumroll are you ready ARE YOU] Goop.com.
Goop! Goop for us all! But more specifically, for anyone with a hankering for a line inspired by Paltrow's own personal wardrobe and her favourite Michael Kors pieces, according to Vogue.
"Michael's clothes are gorgeous, staple, American classics that never go out of style," she said. "I thought it would be wonderful to reinvent some of my favourite vintage Michael Kors looks that I have kept for years, that I wear over and over."
In true holiday style, the collection will include the likes of peacoats, capes (love), and accessories by Kors selected by Paltrow. The designer is equally jazzed because, honestl, we would all be too.
"I have always been intrigued by the idea of someone who can juggle all the balls in the air and do it with style, make it look easy, be smart, and have a sense of humour," he told WWD. "We always said, 'Wouldn't it be great if some time we could do something together, in whatever way.'"
Well dreams have come true! So get that Advent calendar ready (or holiday chocolate calendar — whatever you prefer it to be called), because there will be capes to be bought.
