Ginnifer Goodwin and Joey Kern are Engaged

Ginnifer Goodwin, best known for her roles in Big Love and He’s Just Not That Into You is engaged to her boyfriend of two years, actor Joey Kern. 

The engagement took place earlier this month and, according to a source, Kern excitedly emailed all his friends on December 12th to fill them in on the news. While I have yet to actually see a picture of the ring, apparently Kern, 34, had a hand in the design himself. Pretty impressive. 

“We couldn’t be happier than to celebrate our engagement over the holidays with our families,” the happy couple said in a recent statement. 

Goodwin, 32, was set up with Kern by a mutual friend two years ago.

As of right now, the two are planning a wedding for Fall 2011.
