Elizabeth Hurley has finally filed for divorce from her husband, Arun Nayar. The two have been separated since December, when tabloid banter began of Elizabeth’s possible infidelities.
Elizabeth, 45, filed the papers in London and cited “unreasonable behaviour” as her reasoning. I guess that means she is putting the blame on Arun, 46, for this one, which comes as a bit of a surprise to the blogosphere. Especially since just two months after they announced their separation on Twitter, Elizabeth was seen canoodling with an Australian cricket player, Shane Warne. He, just like Elizabeth, was still married at the time.
But it seems those weren’t just rumours. Elizabeth and Shane have recently gone out in public as an official couple. Arun didn’t take his time moving on either though. He’s been reportedly dating a supermodel. People in Hollywood sure do move on fast.
Of course, it would be nice to know what Elizabeth means by “unreasonable behaviour.” Since the details of their break-up have been so hush hush, I was expecting the usual “irreconcilable differences.” My curiosity is getting the best of me on this one though, “unreasonable behaviour” sounds like she was dealing with a case of the crazies.
