ICYMI, the 2017 Golden Globes were on last night, kicking off this year's awards season. While there's slightly less pressure for a constantly snubbed actor to take home a big golden man statue this year, there were still some notable moments last night, both on the red carpet and at the actual awards show. Let's take a look, shall we?
La La Land (unsurprisingly) cleaned up
Dubbed the feel-good movie that came out of a really, really shitty year (I still haven’t seen it — can someone confirm?), La La Land took home all seven awards that it was nominated for, including Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, Best Actress – Musical or Comedy (Emma Stone), Best Actor – Musical or Comedy (Ryan Gosling) and Best Director – Motion Picture (Damien Chazelle).
