Eat with abundance
Yoga is all about abundance, so when life hands you two big bowls of organic oats, topped with fresh berries, bananas, nuts and seeds, like yoga teacher, Caitlin Turner, eat both. No counting, no measuring, no limiting, no restricting and, most of all, no guilt.
