Yoga Democracy
Inspired by ahimsa, the yoga principle of doing as little harm as possible, Yoga Democracy makes colourful, printed leggings from recycled post-consumer materials. Their leggings are made from about 12 water bottles and their tops and shorts are made from about half a pound of fishing net. They use a low-energy, zero-water dyeing process and even donate 10 per cent of their profits to environmental causes.
