So if you’ve been paying attention to the tabloids, you’ll know that as of late, Ms. Mariah Carey (or Mrs. Cannon as she’s now called)is under the celeb pregnancy spotlight with is she or isn’t she rumours circulating faster than the normal Speidi gossip. (Zing!) And if you’re looking for confirmation one way or another, think again.
The darling Nick Cannon (remember when he was in Drumline?) commented on his New York radio show yesterday morning about the aforementioned controversy, claiming that if his blushing bride were with child, she certainly wouldn’t have gone to the media:
She’ll tell her family, she’ll tell her friends, and then, you know, when she’s ready to share with the rest of the world, who is her extended family and friends, then she’ll let everybody know.
Well that settled nothing. After all, who’s to say she hasn’t told her family, friends or everyone else and that she’s merely holding off on a press release? Either way, I doubt I’m alone in thinking that Mr. and Mrs. Cannon are far cuter than we ever deemed them to be (I think it’s safe to assume their marriage is the real deal), and that regardless of pregnancy now or later, that will be one heck of a cute kid.
