It’s been a while since any of us really heard anything about Lindsay Lohan and her yo-yo rapport with the American justice system, but today we can all officially join together to face-palm at the life of Lilo and her fall from grace.
While she made $100 000 bail today, the starlet may be heading back to the slammer as of November 2, which is only the cherry atop the proverbial sundae that consists of puffy cheeks, a “dressing down” by the judge, handcuffs and morgue duty.
According to her publicist, Lindsay “is hoping this matter will be resolved on November 2 and the Court will reinstate probation and allow her to continue fulfilling her community service”, which comes after the actress’ probation was initially revoked yesterday.
However, Ms. Lohan is also reportedly about to endure yet another charge now that an ex-employee of the Betty Ford Clinic claims that she was assaulted by the Mean Girls star during her stint at the centre last year. (However, E! reports that the employee was fired after violating Betty Ford’s confidentiality rules, so this is where the grain of salt must be taken.)
Nonetheless, not exactly a red-letter day for the Lohan gang. But while we may be sick of hearing of all the Lindsay trials (no pun intended) and tribulations, remember that even Robert Downey Jr. was once almost written off. There’s hope for her yet. We, er, hope.
