Wear sunscreen “ all over
The simple routine of wearing a SPF facial moisturizer on your face throughout the fall and winter months has been constantly ingrained in our minds and in the summer months sunscreen is even more important “ especially when you’re on the beach or outside for a long period of time. Try to make sunscreen a part of your daily routine and choose the right SPF rating based on the UV ray intensity for that particular day. Also try and be considerate of your skin, whether it’s sensitive or combination and find a moisturizing SPF that both moisturizes your skin and protects it.
