Charli XCX is officially married! The #Brat pop star tied the knot with The 1975 drummer George Daniels in an intimate ceremony at Hackney Town Hall in London, England on Saturday, July 19, 2025. For her big moment the bride delivered high‑impact style wearing a chic Vivienne Westwood Nova Cora Mini Dress for the intimate ceremony.
According to reports, this is the first of two weddings for the happy couple. The pair will marry again in Sicily later this year but needed to do the formalities in the UK.
A video posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, showed the newlyweds posing for photos alongside family members outside of Hackney Town Hall. The bride and groom kept the guest list for the occasion relatively small—only about 20 of the duo’s loved ones were reportedly in attendance for the affair. And after exchanging vows and making their union official, the happy couple opted to walk to their venue, according to Page Six.
The couple, who were first romantically linked in March 2022, announced their engagement in November 2023. “Charli xcx and george daniel fucking for life!!!” she captioned photos of her engagement rings in a since-deleted Instagram post, per People. Before confirming their relationship, the duo worked on music together, collaborating for her song “In the City” with Sam Smith, as well as a number of tracks on Crash, an album released by Charli in 2022.

Charli XCX selected a corset-style mini with an off-the-shoulder neckline, courtesy of Vivienne Westwood, for her nuptials. The popular Vivienne Westwood Nova Cora Mini Dress features a sculpting corset, with reduced drapery around the neckline and skirt draped across the hips to create a short asymmetrical look.
The dress was equal parts glam and playful. The ruched fabric gave the dress a soft, romantic feel, while the mini length kept it edgy. It was not over-styled or fussy – just cool and confident, like everything else Charli does.
The Grammy winner completed her bridal look with a pair of white pumps, a veil, and a bouquet of locally grown British white flowers, from multidisciplinary floral artist Hamish Powell. Rather than an updo or half-up style, she opted to keep her hair down for her nuptials. In a nod to her go-to look, Charli made sure to slip on a pair of her signature black sunglasses for her walk to the reception venue.
