Holidays are for dazzle, and if you’re an A-List celebrity, outshining the rest during the party circuit can lead to an exhausting search for the perfect ensemble. Finding the right look can be a difficult feat for anyone, and us non-paparazzi-stalked girls have the luxury of recycling party outfits. For Hollywood’s elite, no such leisure exists, and some adopt a go all out attitude. This can lead these gutsy gals to the wonderful (and sometimes wacky) world of couture, where we examine below the best haute couture celebrity holiday outfits. Tres chic, ma belles!

Florence Welch in Alexander McQueen

Alexander McQueen’s Fall 2012 collection featured a dazzling gown that conjured similarities to a stunningly decorated (and very expensive) Christmas tree. Later that year, Florence and the Machine beauty Florence Welch, who is known for her somewhat eccentric yet glamorous taste, did the gown serious justice, pairing the fabulous frock with McQueen’s cult classic and fashion favourite knuckle box clutch in an ivory satin and matching McQueen heels, straight off the runway.
