There wasn’t a single dry eye in the house just a couple of weeks ago when Sandra Bullock won an Oscar for Best Actress for her role in The Blind Side and viewers watched in awe and she professed her love for her husband. The camera strategically panned over to Jesse James, reality TV star and CEO of the West Coast Choppers, who had tears in his eyes as he watched his wife accept her well-deserved award.
A mere couple of weeks later, Sandy B has moved out of the house they shared together and James is sending out public apologies. It seems that James had a bit of an affair with tattoo mode, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee. While James has yet to confirm or deny this relationship, McGee has stepped forward saying she has saved text messages as proof of their rendevouz. The texts range from James saying he is “thinking” about McGee, while others are a bit more sexual.
Bullock is laying low and skipped out on her appearance at the London premiere of The Blind Side. Meanwhile, Jesse James released a statement saying that most of what was said in reports were false. The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded.” However, he then goes on to say that he is the only one to blame for this situation. “It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way,” he says. “This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.
Maybe Jesse got a few pointers from Tiger’s reps (who, by the way, don’t seem to be doing their jobs very well at the moment).
I’m sure that divorce papers and one heck of a settlement is just around the corner for these two. Hell hath no fury like a woman scored, Jesse, especially when you’re in the middle of Hollywood. Are celebrities simply incapable of making a marriage work? After this and the Kate and Sam split, I am starting to lose faith in the members of stardom.
