Nick Lachey has once again taken the plunge into wedded bliss, this time with his long-time girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo.
The couple had an intimate ceremony and exchanged vows in front of only 35 guests, who were told to wear “island chic” attire, which was quite fitting for their location. The festivities took place on Richard Branson’s Necker Island. Other than being told what to wear, the guests were kept in the dark about most of the other details until they arrived on the island.
Vanessa donned a gown by Monique Lhuillier, with a beaded lace corset and tufted skirt. Nick wore a suit by Dolce & Gabana.
While the rest of the details have been kept pretty hush hush, there is no need to worry, my friends! Nick and Vanessa’s nuptials will be televised on TLC on July 30.
In a sneak peek of the upcoming special on TLC, viewers are able to see Vanessa pick out her wedding dress and the couple choosing the perfect venue for their big day.
“It is Vanessa’s day. Whatever fantasy, whatever dream wedding she has in her head, I want to do everything I can to make it happen,” Nick said in the trailer.
This is the second marriage for Nick (I don’t really need to remind you guys of his three-year marriage to Jessica Simpson…). This is the first marriage for Vanessa.
