The German born model has worn her last set of lace panties and will be retiring her wings after a 13 year career with Victoria’s Secret. Heidi Klum became an Angel in the 90’s and was named Head Angel in 2002”where she rocked her hot bod on catwalks, catalogues, and campaigns. Heidi has become a household name over the years and had great success as a Victoria’s Secret Angel.
We all remember last season’s show when the 37 year old Klum walked the catwalk merely five weeks after giving birth to her (and hubby singer Seal’s) daughter Lou”amazing body and all. Her solid figure was a showstopper as she stomped the catwalk with no baby fat in sight.
Heidi told E! News that although she loved Victoria Secret and had an amazing time throughout the years all things come to an end”although we all know we could watch her strut her stuff in the VS shows for years to come. Fellow Angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima are two of the models in the running for Head Angel taking Heidi’s spot.
Although this announcement means Klum won’t be walking in the November show it doesn’t mean we will be seeing less of her. The mother of four has launched a new line of active wear with New Balance and hosts the reality TV show Project Runway.
