Harry Potter star Bonnie Wright is engaged to her co-star Jamie Campbell Bower, it has been reported.
The flame-haired star, 19, plays Harry Potter’s love interest Ginny Weasley in the multi-million dollar franchise. But in real life, Wright prefers the company of another wizard. Campbell Bower, 21, plays Gellert Grindelwald in the upcoming installation of the series. The couple are currently working together on the final instalment, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II.
Following in Robert Pattinson’s footsteps, Campbell Bower has also made the leap from Harry Potter to Twilight. He played Caius, a member of the elite Volturi, in the most recent film.
According to co-stars, the couple have only been dating for six months. Their relationship has become the center of tabloid speculation after they were seen in a PDA at a BAFTA after-party. Sources claim to have heard the couple talking about their engagement at a recent party hosted by Mark Ronson in London recently.
Co-stars are said to surprised by the engagement, but have faith the young couple are making the right decision.
‘He (Campbell Bower) is chuffed to bits and neither of them seem to have any doubts that they are rushing in too soon. We have asked them if it is for real and they have said yes’ reports one source.
