Their real-life marriage didn’t work, but Courteney Cox and David Arquette are coupling up for a reason other than love, and this time they mean business. Cox and Arquette are reportedly developing a sitcom together.
The Friends-style comedy series reportedly explores the ups and downs of relationships across a group of friends, spanning 10 years, according to sources. Two of the characters are even inspired by Cox and Arquette’s separation.
So basically, it sounds like Friends 2.0.
The tentative name for the series is 10 Years and will be produced by the couple’s Coquette Productions, an ABC-based outlet owned by the former power couple.
So who can we expect to see in the soon-to-be hit? Arquette may appear as the lead actor. But, don’t plan to see Cox on the show “ she would likely stay behind the scenes instead because of her Cougar Town commitments.
It’s good to see the two can put their differences aside and work on something great together.
Would you watch a series developed by this pair?
