Gilmore Girls

There’s a reason why there was such pandemonium when it was announced Gilmore Girls would be returning after a nearly nine-year hiatus, bringing with it four new episodes”people actually lived for this show. Now that Netflix has once again saved the day, fans will get to reunite with their Stars Hollow friends, the ones that crushed out more pop culture references than many of its competitors (Dawson’s Creek is up there too, though). The show is centered around Rory (played by Alexis Bledel) and her mother Lorelai (played by Lauren Graham), and their dynamic dealings through the thick and thin of life’s problems. There’s the bad boy boyfriend, the challenges of being a smart woman, the struggle of being a single mother, the relationships between parents and their children”it’s all there, and you can expect that to return soon to help you make sense of things again.
